 The condition before the training project:-

Noura abu alhawa a girl holds the certificate of administration and leadership / an economy from the AL-QUDS Open University, it was known about her with the activity and the great ambition that seeks, but from after its graduation from the university the  opportunity was not available to it for a confirmation  itself and its efficiency, and it joined the Palestinian Ministry of Labor in Jericho Within the unemployment project by a functional name a field researcher and hence an entered is data ( it is not her university specialization ) Where she continued in the working  for a year and half of the years approximately where  she worked at the end of ten months in the ministry  without a wage because of the situations that the region lived....read more

On Thursday 9/11/2006 IPA honored Sarah A.Grouf on her graduation from Al.Quds Open University obtaining a B.A. in Management.

The event look place in Al-wadi Al-Akhder(Green Valley) Park in Jericho . Present were the I P A members, workers and friends .
